Match Notes
St.George lost Geoff Carr who was originally replaced by Warren Thompson however Thompson arrived late at Friday training and was dropped in favour of Ross Popplewell. Also at Friday training Barry Beath & Ken Maddison were unfit and replaced by Ted Walton & David Bell.
Brian Norton dropped out of the 14 man Norths team, Bob Lang replaced Barry Glasgow who had a knee injury.
Jim Schroder was replaced in the 2nd half due to a leg injury by Dick Harris.
