Late in this match, Steve Roach was sent to the sin bin for 5 minutes be referee Eddie Ward. Roach infamously patted Ward on the head and as he walked off the field, spat in the direction of sideline official Lance Harrigan. He was suspended for 4 weeks and fined $5000.
