Biography
Former RU international played in five Tests, and toured with the Wallabies in 1988. The following year, he switched codes from Orange RU to Balmain and was a try-scorer in the grand final loss to Canberra in extra-time. Despite great anticipation and pace on the wing, Grant found it difficult to maintain his first grade place and left the club at the end of 1992 to play for Hull in England. Grant resumed his premiership career when he linked with the W’Reds for the 1995 season. Following his retirement, he acted as a Country NSW development officer before standing down in 1999 after expressing his concerns about the administration of rugby league in the bush.
