Billy Smith still standing in as coach while Graeme Langlands prepared for the test against NZ.
Tony Branson still not recovered from a cheekbone injury pulled out of the St.George team on Saturday and was replaced by John Peard Graeme Sams was a late withdrawal and was replaced by Grahame Bowen with Barry Beath moving to 2nd row & Rod Reddy to lock.
Rod Reddy injured his back in the 2nd half and was replaced by Reg Walton.
