Match Notes
Alan Fitzgibbon with a sprained ankle was replaced by Wayne Thompson following Thursday training.
Bob Carnegie dropped out of the Newtown team on Thursday with an injured wrist and was replaced by Gary Sullivan.
Paul Cross replaced Len Killeen at halftime due to a knee injury then John Spencer was replaced by Greg Fryer just after halftime with a groin strain.
Col Casey replaced Phil Flack in the 1st half, Terry Bowles left the field late in the 2nd half with a leg injury and was replaced by John Oakley.
