Sporting Life's report states that Kirk Dixon missed the first conversion, kicked the second, and missed the third. It says Westerman kicked the fourth attempt but doesn't say who missed the fifth. It also contradicts itself by saying Dorn kicked a goal in the match result summary.
Sky Sports Boots n' All (video highlights) doesn't show who converted Castleford's tries.
Because the most thorough match reports don't indicate at any stage that Luke Dorn kicked or even attempted a shot at goal, I am going to stick with Kirk Dixon kicking 1 from 3 attempts and Joe Westerman 1 from 2 attempts.
