Match Notes
Billy Smith was stand in coach for St.George while Graeme Langlands was in Queensland with the NSW team.
Dennis Tutty withdrew from the Penrith team on Saturday and was replaced by Ron Mason.
Tony Branson suffered a possible fractured cheekbone in the 1st half and was replaced at halftime by Mark Shulman at half with Strudwick moving to 5/8. Peter Fitzgerald replaced Brian Norton midway through the 2nd half.
