Match Notes
Canterbury lost Bill Noonan on Thursday with a knee injury he was replaced by Barry Phillis.
In the 2nd half Canterbury replaced Bernie Lowther with Ray Strudwick due to a leg injury & Wayne Peckham suffered concussion and was replaced by Dennis Scahill.
Terry Randall was a late withdrawal for Manly due to a foot injury and replaced by Norm Pounder.
Ian Martin left the field with a rib injury with 12 mins remaining and was replaced by Ray Branighan then 5 mins later Max Brown was replaced by Derek Moritz due to a hamstring injury.
