Match Notes
Ron Raper dropped out of the Canterbury team on Friday with an injured shoulder this was the first match all grades he had missed in 147 matches, he was replaced by Ray Payne with Bill Noonan moving from front row to 2nd row and Nev Hornery to lock.
Nev Hornery was sent off 25 mins into the 2nd half for a high tackle on John Baker.
