Phil Kliendienst dropped out of the Penrith team on Friday with an ankle injury and was replaced by Gary Harvey.
Garry Thomas left the field just before halftime with a suspected broken leg and was replaced by Laurie Wakefield, Gary Pethybridge dislocated a shoulder midway through the 2nd half and was replaced by Bob Jay.
