Match Notes
Penrith lost Phil Kliendienst during the week he was replaced by Tim Sheens with Ron Lynch moving from prop to 2nd row & Gary Harvey to lock with Sheens the new prop.
Late in the 1st half Ron Mason replaced Mike Jones with an ankle injury & in the 2nd half Jersey Komorowski replaced David Applebee who suffered a hip injury.
Bill Mullins was replaced at halftime due to a knee injury by Mick Alchin & Jim Morgan left the field after 62 mins with a rib injury & was replaced by Ian Baker.
