Bob Norval was a good sportsman and played graded football with Eastern Suburbs in the early 1940s. He held the NSW amateur heavyweight title for a time.
Bob was a great support to his brother Andy in his football career.
Bob and his wife retired in Lismore NSW and he passed away in late 2008.
