Paul Johnson was a good honest pro who gave his all at both club and international level as a player for 17 yrs and had a great career. After retiring from playing Paul obtained both his degree & masters qualifications in strength and conditioning at Preston university and eventually worked his way up and became head of strength & conditioning at both Wigan rugby league and Leigh leapords for a number of years before leaving the professional sport of rugby league to concentrate on running his own strength and fitness business.
