Biography
Cronulla junior has had an extensive career in England, playing for Halifax in (1998-99) and Wigan (1999). Clinch represented Ireland in the 2000 World Cup while playing for the merged Huddersfield-Sheffield club, but returned to Halifax in 2001. Two years later he was a member of the Salford team that won National League Cup and First Division grand final. Clinch won the ‘Tom Burgin Trophy’ as man of the match in the grand final.
