Biography
Welsh RU convert was a reserve for Great Britain in the Test series against the 1990 Kangaroos. The talented halfback had a highly successful season with C’bury in 1991, also filling in at fullback, but ruled himself out of the 1992 Lions tour to fully recover from injury. Davis proved to be the dynamic driving force in Great Britain's twelve-man, 8-4 win over the 1994 Kangaroos at Wembley but a shoulder dislocation kept him out of the remaining two Tests of the series. Playing for Warrington, he signed with the North Queensland North Queensland in 1995 but was openly critical of the infant club’s administration and did not have the same impact that season.
