Match Notes

Cliff Watson dropped out of the Cronulla team on Sunday morning with a calf injury and was replaced by Gary Stewart.

Terry Randall pulled out of the Manly team also on Sunday morning with a thigh injury and was replaced by Bob Moses.

Gary Stewart injured a hamstring in the 1st half and was replaced by Denis Stapleton, Ron Turner suffered a cut to the mouth which required 27 stitches in the 1st half and was replaced by Steve Hyde.
