Easts lost 3 players at Friday night training John Mayes with a knee injury, Harry Cameron with a bad toe & Bill Mullins still with a hamstring problem they were replaced by Kevin Junee, John Brass & Jim Porter.
Mal Reilly pulled out of the Manly team on Friday night with a corked thigh he was replaced by Rob Cameron.
Dick Thornett replaced John Armstrong who had an injured thigh late in the 2nd half.
