Biography

Auckland forward represented Samoa in the 2000 World Cup and made his Test debut for the Kiwis against France in 2001. Voted the Warriors’ Player of the Year in 2001, the year the club made an historic finals appearance, Seuseu also played against Australia in the one-off Test in October. The Warriors’ lock forward in the club’s 30-8 grand final loss to the Roosters in 2002, Seuseu played in the 32-24 Test loss against Australia in Wellington before touring Great Britain and France with the Kiwis. The hard-tackling forward continued his Test career in 2003-04, bringing his tally to 11 Tests following 2004’s ANZac Test, but injury ruled him out of the Tri Nations competition.
