Great player and great man. Shame he didnt get to play more first grade games for such a talented player. He didnt reach his potential but still a great bloke/player.

I was a big fan of Jacin's, was gutted when he and Geyer were cut from the Tigersin early 94 as they were my two favorite players at the time. I remember being delighted when I read he was coming back. He was a terrific player.

Jacin Sinclair, a great player and great bloke its a real shame he didnt play more first grade games never the less 80 is still a good achievement does anyone know why he played so little first grade games at Balmain in 98 and 99?

After Tim Brasher and Benji Marshall, he was the most gifted Tigers player I've seen. A brilliant footballer, I don't think people realise just how good he was. I hope you're in a good place now champion. R.I.P.

Hi Elliott. I seem to remember he missed a few games at the start of '98 because of a suspension from the year before. He then hurt his knee, which put him out for most of the season, and had more injuries in '99. Such a shame because he was apparently training the house down, & Junior had hopes of turning him into a 5/8

Daine, your father was probably too talented for his time. Would not have looked out of place in this day and age of the game. Such a shame he never reached his full potential. R.I.P Jacin.

Jacin sinclair got injured in a trial match at the start of 1998 was about for over 20 weeks with injury
a real shame he couldve played more first grade games and got over the 100 games mark and possibly enhanced his career further,
just constant knee injuries throughout his career restricted him to just 80 games,

why did he play so little thoughout 95-97 and 99?

I played for Ermington Rydlemere as a kid and played against Jacin (Leichhardt Juniors) for years and I have to say that he was the best player I had ever played against. He was a Prop back then and he was the fastest runner in the competition and the Balmain Junior comp was the best in Sydney!

I watched Jacin play a lot of his Tigers games. Best was against Broncos one day when he went through them like a “hot knife through butter”. He was a natural footballer.

We both played together during our school days at Glebe, he was such a talent head and shoulders above the rest. I have Jacin to thank for convincing my parents to allow me to play Rugby League as a kid. Gone to soon RIP Champ!!

I spent time with Jacin and a few hours once at a pub though I had given up alcohol. A brilliant young footballer, top try scorer 1993 with the Tigers. A nice person, life brought him stress, he did all he could to cope. Loved his offspring with all his heart. A good man.
