always something happened when larpa touched the
ball..one great season with Easts and then came
back to win a 3rd grade premiership as captain if
my memory is correct.also kicked quite a few goals.exciting player to watch (29/08/2011)

Represented Riverina vs Great Britain at Wagga Wagga in 1970 and on a number occasions. Member of Wagga Magpies R.L.F.C. 1967 Premiership team. Played in the 1970 or 1972 Australian World Cup trial. (21/04/2016)
Peter Edwards says: I do remember playing against Bruce (larpa) Stewart in a reserve grade fixture at Belmore Oval in 1968 when with Canterbury Bankstown! He gave us a few problems as well!
