Biography

Newtown winger came to the club in 1929 via Yanco, Croyden (Wests), Cessnock and Tamworth. It was not until 1933 that Braybrook was able to cement his first grade place, where he was a try-scorer in Newtown's 18-5 win over St George in the final. He was the father of the late Dennis Braybrook, the first full-time co-ordinator of NSWRL referees.
