Biography
Manly winger played in the club's foundation season in the NSWRL. Willoughby represented NSW in 1951 before making his Test debut against France in the First Test. He played in the Sea Eagles' maiden grand final appearance, against Souths in 1951, and made his last Test appearance against NZ in 1952. Willoughby was later a long-serving administrator with the Manly club, serving as vice-president, delegate to the NSWRL and chairman of the Board of Directors.
