    As a Panther fan from 1980 - now, my best ever player. Loved Robbie at the back of the mighty panthers and such a great loss. Never forgotten mate.

    I was lucky enough to be involved with the Blacktown Workers U/16 side when Robbie played. What a great young bloke he was, an absolute gentleman and credit to his parents. Such a sad loss at an early age.

    I played with Robbie for Saint Bernadette catholic school in Lalor Park back in the mid to late 1970’s He’s dad was coach & he’s mum manager. Great times. It was such a pleasure to watch him fulfill he’s dream. Often think of him, but he is a young boy in my memory. RIP Robbie. Never forgotten

    First played footy with Rob for blacktown workers under 7s then meet him again during primary school and all of high school was a great person.
