Greg played either in the fullback or centre position throughout his career. Greg had deft ball skills, strong defender and highly proficient at defusing the high kicks. Greg was a local junior from the St Christopher’s club and represented Canterbury throughout his junior reps. Greg played in two Reserve Grade GF’s losing to Parramatta in 1979 and in the winning 1980 team also against Parramatta. Greg retired prior to the start of the 1984 season {kidney injury).
