    Joven is now serving in the Australian Army 3RAR he is a member of the Australian Rugby League Team "The Thunder". In a curtain raiser to the Australian v New Zealand test at Skilled Stadiun on the Gold Coast in 2011 Army v Navy.he scored 3 tries.

    He is also a member on the Australian Combined Services Rugby Union Team and played in the Armed Forces World Cup in the Grand Final against the British Navy in New Zealand 2011. He also scored 3 tries.

    Joven also represented the Philippines National Rugby Union team in the 5 Nations Asian Cup in two tests in Korea in 2011 where again he scored 3 tries.

    Joven was the fastest player in the league whilst he played for Souths. Champion guy too.
