Lindsay was apart of an armed robbery crew that came to NSW to rob banks. They were caught and jailed. Lindsay was released in the late 70’s started started playing for valleys in 79 only played one first grade game. And a handful of lower grades games. Then didn’t play again until 81 at age 27 then with a few solid performance in only a handful of games he was a selected for QLD after a player got injured.
