    After doing lots of research on the Norths team, I have been interested in finding out about A Eckland(Eklund).. believe his name is Frederick August Eklund..b in 1883,,points here are.. F Eckland played for the Neutral bay B side junior cricket team in 1907.. F Ecklund played for Norths Rugby Union club in 1907,,and he scored a try and 2 goals in the final round for Northern suburbs.a lot of this team went onto to play in the first North Sydney rugby league team the following year..and Eckland (Eklund)was one of them. and it's such an unusual name for the time very rare.also I have found no A Eckland born or died in NSW..through NSWBDM.but do have Frederick August Eklund..
