Biography
Hard-running, aggressive attacking centre formed a great partnership with Ross Gigg with the Panthers. Quinn later played for Lakes United in the Newcastle competition and after rejoining Gigg in Perth, rose to the position of Chief Executive of the WARL. He also held a similar position with Newcastle RL and upon the retirement of NSW Country RL Chief Executive David Barnhill in December 2002, Quinn took over the role and joined the Board of Directors at the ARL.
