Known to all as "Buddy" Cain. He was a very classy mover in an average team.

Average team? Shoosh! Wests won the minor premiership in 1978 & were very competitive in 79 making the semi finals. Good finisher in a good team!

Played two seasons on the wing for the great Western Suburbs teams of 1978/79. Failed to take advantage of some great ball players by staying on his wing, as a result rarely scored tries in relation to games played.
