Biography
Goal-kicking Norths fullback joined Tumut in 1960 and represented NSW. In the first interstate match that year, 'Bronco' Jones kicked a miraculous last-minute goal which rebounded from the up-right and cross-bar to give NSW a 22-21 win over Queensland. He moved to Gundagai in 1961, again representing NSW, before touring NZ with a combined Riverina side the following year.
