    He was my uncle. He died in my bed at Harris St Cronulla. He was a great man

    Don Milton first played for Western Suburbs Rugby League Football Club in the lower grades, occasionally promoted to first grade, while a member of the AIF during WWII. He was in the premiership-winning team of 1948.` In the early 1950s he was captain-coach of Temora in the NSW Group Nine competition, winning not only the competition but`winning and defending the coveted Maher Cup.
