Match Notes
This game was originally scheduled to be played on the 14th of May but was postponed due to the weather.
Gary Pearson replaced Ian Robson before the game & Barry Dowling replaced Graham Tucker at halftime for Queensland.
Mike Cleary dropped out of the NSW team Les Johns came into fullback, Langlands moved from fullback to centre & Honan centre to wing. Fred Jones was flown up from Sydney on the day of the game to replace Elwyn Walters.
Mick Retchless, Des Morris & Garry Pearson were non-playing reserves for Qld.
Les Johns, Graham Lye, Dick Thornett & John Wittenberg were non-playing reserves for NSW.
