Frank Lind Oval (2021)
With Souths Logan withdrawing from the 2021 QRL Women's Premiership season and targeting a 2022 return, Valkyries Queensland was introduced as a Barbarians-style team in March. They would not have a set roster, with players being selected on a week-to-week basis. This would prevent the QRL from needing to introduce a weekly bye, and give fringe players across other teams - including players from Souths Logan - an opportunity to continue to compete at the top level.
