    I first saw Frank Castle playing rugby union for the Standard Motor Company in Coventry in the 1940s. He was simply the most devastating winger I have ever seen, being tremendously quick with a great side-step.
    Powderhall champion, Olympic sprint triallist. A true phenomenon.
