Kent is one of the mkst prolific junior players in New Zealand making every NZ Representative Team from the Schoolboy U15s, NZ U17's, through to the Junior Kiwis as Vice Captain. His incredible work rate was legendary regularly totalling 40+ tackles as well a skilful attacking prowess as well as a tough crash and bash mentality when needed. A much loved son of legendary athletic town Waitara where the Bears RL club was the dominating power on Taranaki. Kent was jey to the Taranaki Representative Team and was named in the Waitara Bears Team of the Century. He was loved by all.
