Match Notes
Manly lost John McDonald with an ankle injury, Bob Fulton & Fred Jones with shoulder injuries during the week they were replaced by Graham Eadie, Mike McLean & Max Krilich.
This game was originally scheduled for Henson Park but due to the state of the ground on Sunday morning due to days of rain the match was transferred to Brookvale Oval.
Brian Moore was sent off for a high tackle 9 mins into the 2nd half.
Dennis Gardiner was carried from the field with a knee injury 5 mins from the end he was replaced by Ian Sartori.
Peter Peters was sent off for a high tackle 28 mins into the 2nd half, Allan Thomson injured a hamstring towards the end of the game and was replaced by Ron Sparkes.
