Match Notes
Phil Smith withdrew from the Souths team on Thursday due to an on going groin injury he was replaced by Alan Heiler with Bob Honan moving to the centre and Heiler on the wing.
Paul Taylor was sent off for punching after the halftime hooter had sounded. Paul Lennon & John Monie both left the field with head injuries in the 2nd half and were replaced by Brian Cox & John Taper.
Gary Stevens left the field after 20 minutes with bruised ribs and was replaced by Alan Burke.
