George cook scored the first try for parramatta in its entry into the Big League.

just noticed that the club records and rugby league project have different 1st try scorers for the 1st grade in 1947. the club records are george cook and the other is keith gersbach. just noticed the difference not being pedantic. all good to the eels for 2024.
