Biography

A naturally talented athlete, Ottio signed his first professional contract after just one season playing rugby league. The 6ft 4in former volleyballer enjoyed tremendous success playing on the edges for the Kumuls and Canberra's reserve team, but could not crack the NRL. His performances at the 2017 World Cup granted him the opportunity to play in the Super League with Widnes, but his untimely death due to complications from heat stroke prevented him from accomplishing his dream to play first grade.
