Noah Kool is one of the most outstanding man both in the rugby field and outside. While in the field I usually realise that he performs to the best of his ability, making sure that he plays according to the standard and ethics of rugby league.

Now that He is entering politics, I certain he will give the best if he is to become a governor. His value is also attributed to the fact that he is a good christian and support church activities.

Therefore He is qualified of achieving the tag as a "true leader" in almost all arenas of life.
