Career Stats & Summary

Biography

Parkes fullback, a 1967 Country Firsts rep who signed with the Panthers the following year, was a mainstay at the club for six seasons. Penrith's Player of the Year in 1968-69 and 1972, Leary was not overly known for his pace but was a safe, reliable player who finished his career with P’matta. He later assumed the role of Penrith Chief Executive after the departure of Shane Richardson in 2004.
