Biography

Veteran Bulldogs back-rower, originally from Redcliffe, made his State of Origin debut in 2002. Norton left the C’bury club at the end of 2003 and linked with the North Queensland for 2004. That year he was controversially handed the club captaincy by coach Graham Murray prior to the North Queensland’ historic drive into the finals series. Norton led the North Queensland into the club’s 2005 grand final loss to the W’Tigers before retiring the following year.
