Biography

Rockhampton junior, a prop or second row forward, was a reserve in Canberra's grand final loss to Penrith in 1991. Fritz played for Wakefield Trinity in England in the 1992-93 off-season before joining I’warra. One of the biggest players in the premiership, he played in all three matches for Queensland in the 1994 State of Origin series. Chronic back injuries saw him released from his contract with Norths in 1997 and he had one belated season with Wests.
