Match Notes
Dennis Manteit withdrew with a broken finger for Canterbury and was replaced by Norm Thomas, Alan Burwell also injured withdrew on Friday and was replaced by Dennis Scahill. Terry Reynolds was stood down on Sunday morning due to his refusal to cut his hair he was replaced by Bruce Conneeley.
Cronulla replaced Bob Wear & Chris Wellman after halftime due to facial cuts they were replaced by John Taper & Greg Allen.
