Biography

St George winger played one match for NSW in 1940 but had to receive special permission to leave his military camp to play in the club's first grand final win during WWII in 1941. Hart, who was a try-scorer in the 31-14 win over Easts, was later mentioned in dispatches for 'conspicuous bravery' during the war.

    Hi just thought that you should know that Gordon Hart passed away shortly after his 90th birthday in 2009.
