    Was Eddie ever a patient at the Prince Charles Hospital. Formerly know as the Chermside hospital?

    Yes he was. He died there in about 1985 if I remember right.

    Was Eddie related to Mal Brosnan who played league in Mount Isa and he too was a former police officer.

    I recall nursing Eddie Brosnan when I worked at Eventide Nursing Home in Brighton during my time there from 1986 till 1997. I also recall that his wife was a very lovely lady.

    Eddie was my father in law and he died on 5 August 1993 at Eventide at Sandgate from dementia.
