Olaf Prattl withdrew from the Wests team with a knee injury on Thursday and was replaced by Allan Ashmore with Steve Satterley moving to centre and Ashmore in on the wing.
Norths lost both props Merv Hicks & Brian Anderson on Thursday with thigh & ankle injuries they were replaced Noel Cavanagh & Jim Mills with John McDonell taking over as captain. George Varella was a late withdrawal for Norths and was replaced by Mike McLean.
Norths lost Jim Mills with a broken arm & Bruce Walker with a suspected broken jaw in the 2nd half they were replaced by Joe Haney & Bob Doyle.
