Match Notes
Peter Van Gulik dropped out of the Canterbury late on Sunday morning not fully recovered from a gash on his thigh and was replaced by Chris Anderson.
Billy Smith was a late withdrawal for St.George with a case of tonsilitis he was replaced by Ross Strudwick.
Graeme Sams left the field late in the 1st half with twisted ankle and was replaced by Ted Walton, Grahame Bowen was replaced in the 2nd half due to gashed knee by Harry eden.
