Match Notes
Pete O'Brien was a late replacement for Bob Wear in the Cronulla team.
Dick Timbs pulled out of the Wests team following Thursday training and was replaced by Noel Hurford.
Wests lost John Baker at halftime due to a knee injury and he was replaced by Steve Winter who re-injured his knee after 10 mins and was replaced by Tony Antunac.
