Match Notes

Malcolm Moss withdrew from the Parramatta team and was replaced by Peter Delaney who played centre with Turski moving to the wing and Komorowski playing fullback.

Hal Browne dislocated his shoulder after 17 mins and was replaced by Parker, Dave Bolton had a back problem and did not resume in the 2nd half he was replaced by Greg Fryer with Prattl moving to 5/8 and Fryer to 2nd row.

Killen kicked a goal from 40 yards out near the sideline on the siren to win the game.
